Poster Guidelines

Registration is mandatory for participation in Poster session and for inclusion of abstract publication in the Abstract book.

The poster will be a physical poster with size A0 (3 feet in width and 4 feet in height). Poster structure: Title - Author Details -
Background - Objective(s) - Brief Methodology - Results - Conclusions - Acknowledgements.

No facilities are available for printing poster at the conference venue. Please bring along your poster for the meeting and
display at the designated date and time during the meeting.

Use of high resolution images is strongly recommended.

Posters will be displayed full day and the judges will review during the scheduled Poster Session (date and time to be announced). The presenter should be available for interactions during poster session.

Awards for the best posters will be announced at the concluding session on
19th February 2025 and the winners will get a certificate and prize

Speaker Instructions

Presentations must be loaded in pen drives and submitted to preview room at
least 1 hour prior to scheduled time for oral presentation

Personal laptops should be avoided as far as possible to save time and compatibility of connection issues

Invited talks: Total time 30 mins (25 mins + 5 mins Q &A)

Selected Oral presentations from abstracts The total time allotted will be 10 minutes. 08 minutes for presentation and 02 minutes for Q & A.
